About Corporate Hotel Stock

Corporate Hotel Stock (CHS) helps companies across India book, manage and report on hotel stays. Since 2011, we have handled everything from a single executive’s night away to group offsites and long-term placements, all through one dedicated team instead of a dozen logins.

CHS was founded in New Delhi by Vikas Kumar, who had spent more than two decades in corporate travel and hospitality. He led regional operations across Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia for Destinations of the World, served as General Manager at Cox & Kings, and built agency partnerships across South Asia at Uniglobe Travel. He started CHS on a simple idea: business accommodation deserves the same ownership and accountability as any other function a company depends on. Today, Corporate Hotelstock Services Pvt. Ltd. works from Nehru Place, with a nationwide hotel network, and Vikas still runs it day to day.

We believe that when hotel bookings are scattered across individual logins and last-minute calls, the real cost shows up in hours, reconciliation and avoidable surprises, and it rarely appears as one number. A booking platform shows you rooms. A travel partner takes responsibility for the stay. So every CHS account has a named team behind it, and when a plan changes, a rate is disputed or a group grows two days before arrival, that team owns the problem.

Our approach rests on four things:

· Consulting. We act as your interpreter of alternatives. We learn what each trip needs, then recommend the right property in the right location at the right price.

· Research. Every shortlist is built on terms and inclusions, ratings, amenities and distance from where the traveler needs to be, and weighed against your company’s travel guidelines.

· Sourcing. We source across more than 50 channels and are not tied to any single inventory, so we can compare, negotiate and find availability when one source runs dry.

· Payments and reporting. Settlement is set up around how your finance team works, and MIS reports show where your spend is going, so planning starts from data.

We handle individual bookings from one night up to 89 nights, corporate group bookings backed by more than 20 years of experience, and accommodation and coordination for meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions. Our consulting comes at no additional cost to clients.
